Alright so is a +3 fire staff no longer guaranteed if you’ve got the +2 fire base? I had an ilvl 77 staff and followed the wiki. Rare staff with only +2 fire, multi mod, no caster or attack mods, added flat mana, then ex and it added phys as extra damage. I thought it was supposed to guarantee +1? Least that’s what the wiki says. Is it outdated?

If it was under ilvl 66 should be garenteed

Hmmm ok thanks for that. I figured it had something to do with ilvl, but couldn’t find shit on the wiki about it.

For anyone wondering. No. Still doesn’t work. Gave me +33% chaps damage over time modifier.
