i have 3 and they all on perfect location and i am Using headhunter

when i have HH + 1 Inspired Learning i got on top 2 buffs from rares and now when i have 3 i still got 2 buffs in top why?

do you have 4 notables allocated around all 3 jewels?

yes i do i tried to put inspired on every location and it worked when i put 1 on every jewel spot

but i cant get 3 buffs on top :/

You gain multiple mods still at random but the UI only shows one (inspired learning)

so your 2 are headhunter buff and inspired learning buff i assume
