should i be playing 2h or 1h?

I would like to know what you think or maybe there's a consensus

with limited budget
vs with unlimited budget

what is better in each?

dw i better but 2h is not far behind and is cheaper

dual wield with foils
they're not even expensive, I think you can get around 400 pdps foils for 4 ex each.
