I am building a necro witch, and following this guide as i do not want to spend FG on items and trade solely in game.

This guide states no gear, as it's not needed according to the guide. So I've looked at a few other guides and see different gear across the board. What would you guys recommend, being cost efficient.

Aside from the gear question, what is a good loot filter to be using?

Also, after I finish this char and get enough Exalts to make a new one, I want to make a poet's pen witch. Any suggestions? Haven't been successful on finding a guide for Legion yet
