Been some time since I last utilized this website for trades, never done it for PoE. How does one proceed when I sell an item and someone wants to buy it? Do I have to trade the item first or do I get the forum gold first?

99% of the time you deal in poe currency here so buying/selling exalts, chaos etc. You confirm infos and ign via pm and then pm eachother in game. Make sure to not mention jsp, fg or anything of the sort in game and put an item in the tradewindow if ya want. Who goes first depends entirely on the people, some go by joindate and pc like the old days but entirely up to the specific traders.
