maybe work on a ilvl 85 base, who know

step1:
make it 30% quality from fossils and then scour.

step2:
alt/aug spam until you hit t1 fort + desirable suffix.

step3:
beastcraft imprint the magic(blue) item with 2 mods.

step4:
regal it. If you roll godly 3rd desired mod, multimod and craft is good.
regal it. If you roll bad 3rd undesired mod, annul it, and if you annul the bad mod off, you multimod. If you remove one of the 2 good mods, you bring back the imprinted blue item and repeat.

If you wish to continue trying for a 3rd godly mod, use the imprint to bring back to magic item and do another imprint, rinse and repeat until godly 3rd mod.
