whats another helm I can go with on cyclone?
thing is, I need dext for the weaps

maybe you can squeeze some dex elsewhere? perhaps 50 dex on gloves? dex/int base neck with high dex roll? rings? boots?

Devotos is not a bad option for farming. Cyclone has so much DPS and the 20% move speed is always welcome, but for that price it's not exactly "worth it" in my opinion. If you have a good build with very high phys damage reduction, like 90% + phys taken as fire from a timeless eye jewel, you could consider Abyssus. Insane DPS and it has all stats on it. Abyssus will take a 15m dps build and bring it to like 20m. It's pretty disgusting if you can deal with the increased phys dmg. Plus.. playing softcore anyway I assume.

That 10% reduced phys isn't a big deal.
There's also Starkonja which has up to 70 dex and 100 life but it's eva base.

Pick what you need.

also, it says 600k dps when full with auras and stuff, how people deal 15-20m dps is what I dont get
also im not using any watcher's eye or timeless jewel on my tree cause I dont know how they work

Assuming you are a crit build with very good phys damage reduction and you dont need resists on your helm. Otherwise i'd prob use a rare fossil crafted helm:
Rare fossil crafted helm, with the enemies nearby take ~9% increased physical damage Delve craft, with high life and some resists.

Also I'm talking about PoB dps, accounting for custom calculations like Impale, Pride Aura buff not reflected in PoB, Slayer 15% more dmg from nearby and so on, so don't worry about that unless you're trying to get a full calculation on your "potential" DPS.

depending on your setup, you can get some fairly nice benefits in the duelist jewel node.

a combination of:

15% crit multi
10-15% chance to deal double damage (multiple 5% ones)
4% life
10% chance to intimidate for 4 seconds on hit
20% melee dmg
30% melee crit chance
5% phys dmg taken as fire damage
5% str
all the ~+4 str from the small nodes

those are some of my favorite possible options. the annoying part is finding the right jewel.

People go on craftable bases, which is cool with massive single 2h weapons, like starforge, i guess. "Nearby enemies take x% increased physical damage" is relevant.
Or... Some Abyssus, which can be divined, impressive with dual wield. Has dex...*
