Bought a Sadima, got it to 20% quality and tried to 4socket it and it stops at 3 sockets?

Did something get nerfed??

It's probably ilvl 24 or lower. For 4 sockets, you need 25+
Can still be made 4 sockets through crafting bench.

So I just got scammed for 3c... I already wondered why the other 10%sadima were 20c and this one 3

No you were not scammed. Scamming is when someone intentionally fools you. They do not know if you know about ilvl or not. They might not even know themselves. This is just two uninformed people making a legit trade.
