Itll work. But it'll take a lot of self tweaking to do all content. The axe still activates its own projectiles on hit so you can just put your cast on setup in it [or for max damage with the axe, put it in another peice of gear.]

However for best damage with this build your going to need a six link armor. So six socket axe [it doesnt need to be six link thank god] and six link armor. Gl with those jewelers and fusings.

I have a 6 soc axe and 6link belly already, I was thinking linking it with cyclone so my axe has most damage it can?

Or would something like blade vortex work better

magma orb really benefits massively from chaining and the amulet. otherwise its not so great. would probably not be that useful

so ya, everyone getting hyped for cyclone but really its still not that good. unless you get exponentially larger area of effect on it, which it doesn't look like it still not as strong as BV

bv for single but the mapping on cyclone is so much nicer
