you make elemental attack builds typically through abyss jewels
so tombfist, bubonic trail, lightpoacher, shroud walker with a skill of your desire and you're good to go

Should have extra damage as chaos dmg too. Then stack jewels.

what kind of skill / ascendant would benefit best with those two items
cant find any pure ele builds or maybe i search it the wrong way ^^

probably molten strike because of the implicits

lightning damage craft is a waste.

Better off going with abyss jewels as someone mentioned

edit: I think they are going to be removing the flat damage on jewels so they will be legacy. Better get some before it's too late.
