arcendancy: 100%skellie speed / 30%minion speed
sword: 100%skellie speed
ring/amu: heartbound and 20%minion speed
few jewels with , 10%minion speed (maybe it was 6)
passive note: 10%minion speed
can take support gem with minion speed, (would not advice the speed aura)

not remember the support gems exacly, but i beleave it was
skeleton-minion speed-minion damage-multistrike-melee splash
