Is it possible somehow to trade my exalts or forum gold for points so i can buy quad tab in poe?

only via Steam, you can use your fg to purchase other game items (like cs:go) and sell them on the steam community market to get funds in your steam wallet. Then you can purchase poe mtx/packs using your steam funds in game.

Best bet is dota 2 items or csgo items. Games don’t sell that fast.

you can't sell games on community market.. null point since you cant get any wallet funds from selling games (but ya games are not a great way to make fg)
