After looking online a bit I haven't found a definitive answer, does storm brand proc warlords mark ring affix?

Just it is on hit and not sure if brands count as on hit, I see a lot of storm brand builds using CWDT and the curse instead of a ring so that is also why I question it. Thanks for the help

Perfect, thank you. That is what I wanted to hear, brands are weird because they are like totems in a sense they are another entity but they dont "act" like totems in regards to in game mechanics. Again thanks for the confirmation
