If you really want to RMT for your first character, you should buy exalts/chaos orbs here and then buy your desired items on one of the trade sites

Just farm rare items for now with stats you need. The void batteries you need alone are 8 ex or 720 fg

What does people even consider "early" league? Its been like month already? Also prices are only 4-5 times from standard so I would say this league is pretty dead already. Not a poe pro but when compared to d2 ladders this is what happens there.

You don't need any of those items.
Just build around what you find until you can afford that stuff.

Shimmeron and a trolltimber spire, cheap 6l corrupted chest, 21 arc, bricked empower 3 and life gear everywhere else, clear all content. Total cost probably 2ex if you're unlucky.
