Sooo, i'm currently playing self cast frost bolt/ice nova CI w/ 11k ES

but now i'm curious as to see if CoC is a better version of my current build?

if so, would occultist be a decent pick? or would another ascendancy be better?

so id take that answer as partial or is it so clear cut better than self cast that you didn't even go through the comparison?

all the guides I see are life/MoM based. kinda disappointing, i wanted to go CI.
