It used to be you need to be level 25 to activate the quest for nightmare and level 40 for hell.

I would assume now its 25 for act 5 katava and 40 for act 10 katava. But they could have been tweaked or completely removed as I havent heard anything about carrying in this game in ages.

I mean I did say I wasnt sure what had changed lately with carrying. Guess I should have been more specific when lately means 3 or more years.

These kids and their two or three league playtime.

I did that the other day. 1-10 with my char being lvl 12. Just gave some dude on league an ex because I CBF to level another char, being my 4th one.
