What would i need on my scepter for my storm brand char

ele as chaos, spell dmg, lightning damage, flat lightning damage, non-chaos as extra chaos. imo. so shaper base t1 ele as extra chaos then multimod the rest. should be able to make your gg weapons on like 5ex~

granted builds are personal preference so ymmv
