Hi, I just finished a t14 corrupted map, it was unidentified and its mods were unidentified
I just did full clear and as I killed the unique boss.
on the right side notice icons I saw a wall of spam-like message (a bunch of them) saying "XXXXX map completed"
I have no idea what that was...was it some kind of mod?

it was likely an 8 mod map that you had previously not had completed, so you got like 5 notifications at once 3 for map done+bonus 2 for the corrupt rare+8 mod rare

ya it was close to like 10-12 not sure but def a lot.
so what does that mean? it automatic check mark those maps?
what specifically is an 8 mod map? and do?

8 mods is only possible from corrupt and yea it completed all the things i listed possible more maybe 1 less. normally rares can have 6 mods, vaaling (corrupting) can do a bunch of different things, 1 of them being giving a rare 8 random mods

oh god..

i guess what is impressive is he has managed to be running unidentified tier 14s without noticing anything in the game ever...

/e btw to everyone saying it was 8 mod, you cannot have unidentified and 8 mod together.

8 mod and corrupt unid are each one of the many outcomes of vaaling a map.
Pick one.

There was (still is?) a bug that you got 50+ notifications at the same time saying that message.

Probably cuz you ran an older version map on standard, and your Atlas is just trying to catch up so you unlock all tires of maps up to whatever the highest map you just ran
