From level one no.

You can go from 60 to 90 in no time in breachstones though. And people are always looking to fill slots.

false. You can still power level in delve.

yeh powerleveling in delve takes around 1,5 - 2h to level 60, but its probably not worth by seeing how rare sulphite is..

Delving on lower levels doesnt cost alot of sulphite though
