I've tried looking on the Poe wiki and maybe I'm just dumb, but is there a clear list of only main hand attacks that i can choose from?

Maybe like blade flury or reave idk?

I can only afford to craft 1 good weapon so that's why I'm asking this.

damn.. is that really my only option? i have a 510 dps phys foil
would it really be worth a shield over just some random like a triple as prismatic?
im not good at pob else i'd just plug shit in

There are some good shield options.
Rare obviously
Lycosidae to not have to worry about accuracy
Lioneye's remorse (I believe that's the shield, cba to look it up.) for a bunch of hp.
