Need help on 3 sockets.

I've been reading unless you are an elementalists, shock isnt very good. So should I use....

Controlled destruction - added light - elemental focus

CD - inc crit strikes - EF

CD - inc crit strikes - added light

EF - inc strike - added light

What y'all think? Is having more crit better than a % more modifier?

For boss kills I will be using

Storm burst - GmP - slower projs - added lightning

Trying to figure out the last 2, either elemental focus and increased crits or ELE focus and controlled destruct.

Just need to figure out if my damage will be higher with inc crits or CD

if shock shaper for 40k damage, your next hit does 1%more damage
So elemental foccus is a good option vs boss
ofc it loose shockdisco vs with monsters


the 1.9%+base crit chance ontop of your 5%base crit chance from increased critical support gem, seems to do a nice job aswell (38%more base crit chance)
not think controlled destruction will beat it
