hi reader,

recently purchased my new laptop ASUS GL730VM.

I noticed that no sound card detect in POE. but i play other games etc CSGO or surf youtube, my sound card working perfectly fine.
After i launched the POE application, there is some sound. but after a few secs, no sound at all.
During the game, i select option setting -> sound, there is no sound card detected.

I tried reinstall POE, update sound card driver. this issue remain the same and not working.
Anyone encounter this issue before?

if google doesn't answer your question, you should contact GGG support.

I had that issue running a shitty AMD built pc a few years ago playing POE. You were able to change sound drivers inside of POE, and if that didn't work, I recommend someone recommended setting a launch command that forces poe to use my sound drive. Google it, there is a fix tho.

Are you playing on steam? If so, it's probably a compatibility issue.

Alternatively, you can just run this game as administrator and it should force your sound drivers on there.
