Crown of eyes only works with "Increased" not "More".

well yeees ! but back in 2014 or 2015 i think it worked with "more" multipliers as well the thing was really expensive and meta af, then got nerfed to work only with increased and now isnt worth shit anymore

Yea but it honestly wasent worth it. There are too many options for kb and its much to op with any of them.

Id like to see another balance for crown of eyes somewhere between where it was when it came out and where it is now. It went from the bis helm for any attack build to nobody using it. Especially since ggg comes out with multiple game breaking uniques every patch, it would be nice if they correctly updated old ones.
