Im still learning what a good find would be stat wise but this wand caught my eye:

34% inc spell dmg

52% increased lightning dmg
Adds 4 to 73 lightning damage to spells
18 to max mana
26% increased stun duration on enemies
262 accuracy

Non corrupt
2 linked blue sockets

Seems like a ton of damage for lightning casters

Delve league, worth anything ?

Needs crit on it to be nice, decent for a temp item on an arcer.
Anullment orbs could improve it but odds are they will knock the hybrid spell damage off first and the % lightning second.
Next time you need an item looked at post it as a price check under the trade topic for that section, i check them pretty often.
