Im new with poe, well, kinda new, like 2 months or so
I got a frost bladers assassin, with pretty good gear, but killing hard bosses is very hard, it leech life very fast, but can get 1 hit by strong monsters
I have lvled up scion, lvl 63 atm
Looking for good build, fun to farm and good with bosses
I can pay up to 200 ex for, i belive its enoeth for most builds

If you can’t kill things on a 200ex budget you’re clearly doing something wrong.

My char is a scion Spectral throw and can kill anything easy but depends if you play standard or not...in league it's harder to make it work

make ngahamu cyclone

try the 20-30 energy shield gained when hit a enemy, when effected bye discipline
this will allow to lift your hitpoints vs 1hits, since you can use es+Mom


on a budget like that, try the eye of innocence, (endless selfdamage when ignite enemies)
Cold snap allow to byepass the cwdt-cooldown. you could cast it over 100times per second
