I've got all fragments, killed shaper and i've done forge of phoenix 3 times. Why won't forge get elder influence? Am i doing something wrong?

Sometimes its not needed to kill the boss
Just check the Atlas when:

Kill 60%> of Monster (check before you kill the Boss, and dont kill him always)
or/and
Boss

I think it bugs out if theres too many shaped maps outside elder

so do those shaped ones i can see 5 of them do like all 4 then try forge

there's 10 total

i mean ones that are not connected to elder influence

this happend to me few times elder influence procced fast and near t16 had to clean some shaped lower tier maps b4 it worked, think its just bugged out
