Is spectral throw viable? looking for clearspeed build, walking through game on my own.

I did frost blades as starter and i think its going pretty decent now on a 4 link

i agree with karlson i tried frost blades last league and it was smooth with low budget! spectrl throw aswell

Did Spectral throw as second build this league. Level 89 right now and thus far working fine up to at least T12. Just melting bosses with slow projectile support.
