the most important Arc scaling is cast speed
ziggyD is using clustertraps-Arc, instead of spell echo
I am using cwdt-arc, to bring cast time to 0.25sec from 0.8sec
you need 3 totem, to get it as fast as linking spell echo, reducing arc range when it happens
