it can crit, yes? Im following this pastebin and heard someone say that bleed isnt affected by crit multipliers.

that build is awful, I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemies

no crit multi does not buff bleed damage, no bleeds cannot crit.

there is a node called perfect agony that makes 30% of your multi count towards ailments (bleed is one) but your hits do 30% less damage.

you build (pastebin) doesnt have it.
