Cyclone Chieftain rolling with Ngamu's seems like it would be fun

La is much btr leveling with then kb at start basically once u get a half decent wand or a piscators its just over


And bascially fuck most skills lol

LA is nice to lvl with i do give u dat

A rule of thumb is, if a build can do meaningful damage while moving it is a good build, especially for HC.

So cyclone is always a good choice.

Just remember that this league is all about speed clear(again) so you need to have a bigass reach and decent single target on top for that and you be gucci.
