So they nerf lightning spike AoE and show us old footage of it kill a boss... With picture of both AoE you know that footage is crap.

Ball Lightning
Ball Lightning now has higher damage, hits more frequently while traveling, has a larger area of effect, and travels faster in the same amount of time. The speed change will make it better for taking out larger groups of enemies.

The speed change will make you hit single targets less
You hit multiple targets less
you only hit them sooner
when i played Ball lightning i had -86.66%projectile speed for most AoE overlaps

hard to say. as it hits more frequently and larger aoe so it may yield no change to amount of times it hits but now has higher base damage.
