its been years since I played poe 1, is it still fun? should I play current league? I played poe2 but meh..

I've been playing on Xbox, not a large population to play with but yes it's still fun. Looking to get a new PC soon and get back to my account full of old school items and just have fun messing with different builds. I tried the free Poe 2 weekend wasn't all that great .

both games are good in their unique way.
poe2 isn't fully complete yet nor real polished but it is allready really enjoyable and kind of hooks you in the endgame if you play it the first time.
if you are more into longer thougthfull fights, graphics and story/lore things

poe1 is complete, they do good balance changes there seasonal so the meta shifts a bit everytime
its more of the competetive, rush and zooming playstyle and the full spectrum of whats in there could be a bit overwhelming if you play it the first time
but the endgame is more settled so it is better to compete.

okay im here too from poe2 ... should I do poe1? whats the amount of players in poe1 jsp vs. poe 2... is it pretty active?

for d2 old timers - yes, try poe1 for sure. maybe you will like it, maybe it's too overwhelming, but at least you will know what you can get once you realize limits of poe2 endgame. Tbh poe2 endgame is getting pretty good but it's still far far away from what poe1 has to offer.
