Hello!

So with Settlers league, I decided to come back to PoE after a 5 year break. A lot has changed. Tons of new items, gems, systems, crafts, etc.

I've done a fairly good job of learning the systems that would help my build, but now I'm at a point where I'm sitting on a few hundred divs and a build that feels relatively min/maxed. I don't know where my next upgrade would be.

I was thinking maybe triple anoint amulet since my ammy seems the most replaceable?

The main problems I'm running into are:
- My EHP is a lie because of immortal call
- My armor is hard to get more of so I'm vulnerable to phys hits
- If I take on content revolving around chaos damage I have a swap flask with mageblood that puts me at around 8% chaos res. It's not -60 but it's shit and it's hard to get more.
- I've got like 25 mil cyclone DPS and 7 mil shockwave DPS. 2024 PoE seems to imply that's dogshit with my level of investment. I'm seeing bleed builds with worse gear doing 75 mil+. Can I realistically squeeze in more damage? Barring getting a new staff which would cost a shitload.


Anyway, anyone willing to help I'd appreciate it.

kind of a rookie mistake to try to make your own build in poe in 2024
i mean i havent checked the pob, but had you actually used a guide, you would have known the next upgrades

so...yeah. if you want to "have fun" and "do your own thing", you arent gonna do it in poe anymore, sorry brother

I've done all the content so it's not like I'm stuck. I've got mageblood and good gear. I'm talking about min maxing. If I'm missing something.

Fuck builds. I'm not copying someone's crap.

Could try versatile combatant and or iron reflexes with jade flask for ehp/mit/armor.

Meaning of life jewel in bottom socket for easy chaos resistance. IMO this is basically a staple now.

No idea if you can fit any of that in, just looked at pob for like 2 seconds.

Light of meaning sorry lol. I only played a few days of the league but it's like a psuedoreplacement for the perandus jewels from last league I guess.

Can roll various mods, obv you'd want chaos res, super strong. Es version is great on es/in stacker etc..

Also, if you figure out your mana (few different ways) swapping out lifetap for awakened or even normal brutality is pretty sizeable dmg increase.

-mana cost of channeling on rings or really the big one is -15/-20 in chest. You have great items, but -mana cost is massive, and generally the top priority on the chest. I'd figure that out asap tbh. Running mageblood without some of these upgrades is cool, but def out of order ;P at least imo

No, it's to -cost to socketed gems.

-mana cost allows using awakened brutality which alone is 5m dps increase (25m->30m)

Could then either keep the gain, or switch to chaos res jewel. Chaos res is harder to get than the dmg I'd wager dmg.

Maybe check poeninja to see what they guys are doing to push their dmg.

Get the light of meaning with chaos res and free up all your gear slots. Unless youre a mana stacker then I have no clue.
