Now i wanted to try sth new and saw PoE ...
Because in a few months PoE2 will be realeasd i want to try the first part

Iam HC Only like i done in D2
So if anyone plays d2 And poe maybe he can describe all stuff in d2 language for me?

Is Necropolis = ladder?
What class is equal to the d2 classes?

Necropolis is ladder

Marauder = Barb
Witch = sorce/necro
Templar = paladin/sorce
Shadow = assassin
Ranger = Amazon (though PoE 2 literally will have javazon abilities)
Duelist = 0.5 barb/0.5 amazon
Scion = any of them

None of the PoE 1 characters can be druids but there will be a druid in PoE 2.

Also, id first play through the game on non HC unless u enjoy restarting a lot.

ruthless?

Hard mode of PoE where loot is very scarce, like D2 style but worse.

most people play ruthless or normal?

Just start HC necropolis and follow a guide if you want. Plenty of guides on youtube and official poe forums.
Poe 2 will not be released in a few months, though.

but doing hc as your first poe experience is like watching the human centipede on the first date
no good can come out of this
