7:30 basically kitava. same ground slam, same swipe, same fire breathing...okay this one is actually even less logical because its conveniently locked in place despite having enough legs to crawl through a strand map in 2 seconds

why doesnt it move? move you retard, you have 20 legs damnit

i mean same goes for kitava, the guy went through all the poe acts killing everyone and everything, yet when you get to him in act10, hes still doesnt move for shit. okay, they had to churn out 6 acts so it was tolerable to reuse some assets. but now its a bit too much

also i guess this video answers my question, poe2 will definitely be too complex for its own good. remember poe1? it started off basic as fuck and got exponentially more complex in time. if this is the default state of poe2, after a few leagues it will be more cluttered than the inventory of a player who didnt invest in stash tabs

ALSO why are they always pushing for skill combinations? no one likes that

if i wanted to think, i would play europa universalis. why cant we have a simple, fun arpg like d2

but really, when did the devs get the idea that skill combinations are enjoyable

? they really arent, yet they seem to actually believe it, otherwise they wouldnt be pushing it this hard. yeah i used 10 hotkeys on a mf char in d2, but those werent combinations, they were different skills that did different things and were necessary for different reasons. highest level pvm strategy in d2 was cursing a monster before hitting it with something and people loved it. what the complexity fans dont get is that d2 wasnt enjoyable despite the simplicity, it was enjoyable BECAUSE of it (among other reasons ofc)
this game looks like a 16 year old boy on a cycle of tren and winnie. at start very promising and advanced compared to its contemporaries, but the base is just wrong and it wont last much before everything starts collapsing

tldr: this may look good now, but long-term i have my suspicions
