I've seen a few...I missed out on the old days when you could dual wield Poets Pen and just face tank anything using that swirly bottle sold from that greed guy.

Vd/Det Dead, CoC,Cyclone + VD to name a few.

you can do way more dps today with that skill. using annihilating light. poet's pen is rly outdated

im a fan of this skill. if you like it. i recommand to try cast while channeling

the new trans gems are rly bad tho. max 10 orb at a time is unplayable . and the other one is unplayble unless you go 100 % reduced duration to detonate fireballs instantly. that's just my fair point of view.
the regular gem is not so bad because you can have 100% faster movement speed on balls but it doesn't make any difference against bosses. old alt quality gem was best with increased fire damage per quality.

we can now see radius on gem. and i hope it doesn't mean it's totaly fucked up. because if radius 2 meters means that you can't detonate corpses around your cursor which are more than 2 meters away.... we will have less fireballs than before.

my fav skill aswell.. i play it every league i cant tell u my build tho
