Hi guys,

I'm new this league and looking for a strong league starter build with good late game. Any build suggestion? I was considering RF or Lightning Arrow so far.

RF if you don't wanna die, LA if you want to die, or check the dozen league starters on youtube, most of them are safe and you'll have alot of info to work with
