YOu put one rare item in trade site for the price u want to sell it (for example 35div). You then send the trade link (u find your own item in the trade site so u can copy the link) to the seller of the divines in jsp. so he can directly copy it and then paste it in game to wisp you then u trade. usually i prefer to get fg first and then trade. U dont mention names and fg ingame
