They usually update late a few days into league. Best off planning safe and having a PoB ready for crunching while playing league.

damn... want to make an arc build but don't know jack shit about making good spell power builds. Going with inquisitor and full crit, not sure if I should be spending resources and getting power charges when my crit will already be high w/o them.
