saboteur with 30% cdr node - can we hit a new breakpoint for coc ice nova

20 elevated shaper boots
20 belt
22 base acoc into 31% after +3 crit node on tree
30 sabo
the next +2 levels to ACoC will give 3% per, but getting there without using shitty Dialla's Malefaction or sacrificing a link is hard

but with the above (20/20/lvl8ACoC31/30)
101% prior to +2levels(6%) to 107

do you know the trigger rate? someone said 126% CDR wit aim of 15APS

the old breakpoints was always to either go for 14% cdr with 7.57 APS

or the higher breakpoint of 52%+ with 10.10 APS.

Reaching the next breakpoint is a reach, but it will be so much easier to reach 52+% now. It's literly free.

The next breakpoint is 126% CDR with 15 APS as you say - not sure if it's worth going for that or if it's better to stick with the old 52% 10.10 and just buff up other stats.

but it was about poe

you can get attack speed (8% atk speed when you crit)+ cdr on each abyss jewel to cover the rest

kind of stretches the tree for sockets but if you can actually hit the 15.15/126 feasibly without sacrificing too much - that is massive

add in temporal rift alternate quality with enhance + ashes neck?
could be a decent amount of extra CDR?

temporal rift CDR is only for the TR skill
Enhance + ashes does nothing because awakened coc only gets CDR from levels
