Firstly, do you guys always start a budget build and then make something better later?
Seems like an absurd time investment of 10+ hours just to restart with more currency later on a new char.

Secondly, coming back to poe for the nostalgia of CoC barrage wand arctic breath/fireball etc or the 4 ek CoC cyclone
Is it possible to build a spell explosion league starter? doesn't have to be CoC i just don't know what they've brought into the game

1. Yes. Even tho leveling a second character is pain, its much better to start a league starter for me at least

2. EK ignite elementalist has explosions with Obliteration wand.You can league start it.Then switch to explody bow when you have enough currency

coc is gone nothing compares to it

Yes and no, I always transition into a better build but start with something cheap in a similar tree. It's easy to find a budget char that transitions well into whatever build you prefer. Worst case scenario, it's going to be a couple regret orbs..

10+ hours isn't really a big deal if you play a lot anyway.
I don't personally do it (level a 2nd character) but I understand it.
Me? I just make my build work on a budget and improve as I go on.

It's very complicated and needs precise interaction. One small mistake will brick your build. It was also very expensive. But there are budget versions like 10-20 div. Pretty fun tho. I suggest you watch some videos. You'll get a better understanding than the forum explanation
