Yeah. Avoid AMD like the plague. My new build will run a 6700k i7 with a gtx 980 ti OC

not planning to overclock and probably not going for a 980 either, but i'll keep this in mind ^^ thanks

itll be good just dont get an AMD
my previous pc wasnt bad at all with any game but POE was horrible, turned out it doesnt scale well with AMD for some reasons

AMD generally isn't a bad thing, its' cheaper and it works.
But for poe it's really garbage. GGG have developed everything arround Nvidia and Intel, and such it has problems with AMD sadly :(

I almost understand it when the new league starts but even now? I guess streaming gives some extra motivation

Basically. Plus nitro donated like 2100$ the other day so I can invest in a new rig. Having followers that watch and converse with you throughout the process helps a lot. Keeps you from doing insane.

Used AMD when I played Rift. Rift used 1 core of your processor.. I had 8 cores so only using one was sloooow

But I still like AMD. Got a rig I could raid on using very Beautiful Graphics (only medium though) for below 400 euros
