D3 is not a success.

I was a die hard D1/D2 player since the beginning of both games. We all know Blizzard makes solid games and doesn't rush things, which is why we bought Diablo 3.

On the other hand

I'm a WoW player, since day 1 as well (beta actually), and I've seen it progressively sink like quicksand, which should have been enough to not get my hopes up on D3 considering it wasn't even the same team, but again; we had hope.

Hope lost.

It wasn't trash when it first came out. It didn't start to become "trash" until WotLK; though there was a stench of shit coming from Burning Crusade, but even then that expansion was solid and not easy.

This is coming from someone who is currently in the rank #4 guild in the world; 2nd in the United States as far as progression goes (PvE). Even now hard modes aren't easy when you're not fully geared and having to sync perfectly with your raid.


Not delusional at all; it sold due to it's name and the hope of it being decent; which unfortunately it's not. We couldn't tell how it would all play out during Beta (which I also took part in).

Here is one more reason this game is Trash of Exile - > it Eaten a TON of my memory , for few seconds from 800 Mb's of memory ~ 5 GB of Memory Eaten by this game...
