More than likely not, but early league - you can use this instead since you won’t have access to those items anyways. Late league, I see myself having 3 enlightens in there.

Id say yes, can run explosive arrow + elemental hit lol.

That still doesn't sound good. 1 second CD and constantly hitting with ea is is bad because explosion. Also only 3 sockets with no + levels, and 2 wasted jewel slots.

Meant burning arrow, confused my skills.

On thinking, you could use barrage all the time with a 3 link lightning arrow for fast clear.
