I vendored my 6L Shavs 3 days ago when I was tired and organizing my stash. Forgot I put it in my inventory to check to see how much ES a chest I had in my stash would give, then went to hideout and loaded inventory full of junk rares and spam clicked sell. Then wondered where the Divine Orb came from. And then wondered where the hell I put my Shav's... after searching on Acquisition and coming up blank I had realized where the Divine Orb came from.

Ouch. That's a painful one.
