alright, well everyone on jsp that has talked about being banned has traded with a flagged rmt person so

makes sense to me

A simple method of GGG would be:

If... a account got xxxx exalts, and only big amount trades -> in such case, ofc they can specific the rules (no playing account, no "high" char, and so on...)
then... buyer and seller could be a rmt transaction -> ban both
else... if both player are playing their accs, high chars, not only "big" trades -> dont ban


Tell me, how you want to flag players? ip? Iam pretty sure, that the most reseller are using different VPN, or such services ^^
