you can still roll up to 5x Slum Lord on a Timeless Juwel.

Rally Cry to buff your Minions

and you can still stack Cult-Leader with Invigorating Portents or Pure Agony to get 55% Minion dmg per medium cluster jewel..

I had a pob ss/vd necro that did 2.4 million per volatile dead ball and you get 60 of them soooo noo, the boss dps is there. Albiet this was like mirror gear. my non mirror setup does 1m per ball. pretty much instaphases all bosses.
