you see, with a lvl 20 amp it covers the whole screen so the person who you want to annoy just accepts it and either leaves the game or stays. but with a low lvl amp they see you cant hit them as easily, so they dont just accept that fact, but instead try to run away every time they see you and really lose nerves in the process
