i mean, starter character... its not easy to get cast speed, attack speed, spell damage, crit chance, crit multi, ele pen and good life/res without investing $ at the start
also i'll be 50% cold 50% light, theres no pen in helm for both

There is. I've crafted -9 chaos + -9 cold res to nearby enemies in helm.

ah ok i was not aware... still it's not easy to get all this in a starter character... i think inquisitor is a good way to get good speed and good damage early on

Or burning arrow for single target so you can use kaoms heart instead of another 6L.
