But i tested it id’ed alot rings amulets per leauge 2-5 find is good only per leauge

When i went into 350 rarity i get alot of rings amulets worth
Like how many? They 30+ all 1-10 ex ones only
But better than no rarity maybe lucky but i feel it not luck

Rarity gets you more rares, the more you id the more likely you are to get a good one.

If rarity had effect on items people would just deck out in max rarity and run actons map for jewellery all day.

It literally says in the name "Increase item rarity".
Rarity means an item is common, magic, rare or unique.
